Our graphics are cut from coloured vinyl, not printed like some other types. The vinyl we use is high grade 5 year exterior vinyl. Where decals are more than one colour, separate layers of vinyl are applied by hand in order to achieve the desired finish. Our Vinyls can be easily removed simply by warming them with a hair dryer - leaving no mess behind - ideal if you want to remove them prior to selling on a vehicle for example. The vinyl will not fade under normal U.V. light conditions for at least 5 years, unlike some printed graphics!

| We use the latest Hi-Tech Camm-1 Vinyl Cutters from Roland to cut all of our graphics. The Camm-1 Cutter ensures perfect cutting results. The cut sheets are removed from the cutter and sent for 'weeding' by one of our skilled vinyl technicians. The vinyl technician removes all excess vinyl from the sheets to expose the cut decal. Where more than one colour is required, the vinyl technician will overlay the graphics by hand to ensure perfect results - this is a time consuming process but provides the best possible finish. |
