• Q. Which payment methods do you accept?

  • A. We accept credit card payments online via PAYPAL. Paypal is the fastest and safest way to pay online. We are paypal verified business registered sellers. We do not store credit card details and all payments are processed through a secure encrypted server. When paying by PAYPAL, all orders are processed immediately upon completion of checkout. For custom orders, (non-web-store items), in addition to PayPal, we will also accept the following as other methods of payment: CASH (GBP) in pounds (£) sterling only, POSTAL or MONEY ORDERS (GBP) in pounds (£) sterling only. We will also accept payment via DIRECT BANK TRANSFER. If you require bank transfer, please email us for our account details.

  • Q. I don't have a Paypal account, can I still pay by credit card?

  • A. YOU DO NOT REQUIRE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO CHECKOUT. After adding your items to your basket, you will be asked whether you want to 'Continue Shopping' or 'Proceed to Checkout'. If you click on 'Proceed to Checkout' you will be presented with your shopping cart total and postage costs. You will see two account login fields - 'email address' and 'paypal password' - YOU DO NOT NEED THESE unless you already have a paypal account and wish to use it. Underneath the login fields on checkout there is a field which says 'Don't have a paypal account ?' - Click Here This link will take you directly to the secure server through which you may enter your credit card and shipping details, without signing up for a Paypal account.

  • Q. Do you take orders over the telephone?

  • A. We can dicuss you requirements over the telephone, however we do not have the facility to process credit cards over the telephone at present. We use Paypal online processing, as this helps us to minimise our overheads and pass on the savings to you, the customer.

  • Q. If I email you with an enquiry for custom graphics/decals how quickly can I expect a reply?

  • A. We endeavour to answer all queries and provide detailed quotations within 48 hours of receipt of the email. We check our emails several times daily. A CyberSignz employee will provide you with a personalised response, not a computer generated reply.

  • Q. If I make an online purchase from your web store, how quickly can I expect to receive my order?

  • A. All orders placed via our Paypal online processing system are dispatched by 1st class recorded delivery within the UK within 72 hours ofplacing your order. Graphics & decals are cut to demand. Other custom orders may take longer to process depending upon artwork required, though most are usually dispatched within 7days of placing your order. If, for any reason there is a delay, we will contact you by email to keep you informed of the situation.
